Our stripe runners are coveted by interior designers and specified for both large and small projects. Occasionally we are fortunate enough to be able to photograph some of the beautiful houses where our runners have been fitted.

Isis Reed

Herefordshire based Interior designer Sarah Stewart Smith chose the expressive tonal stripes of Isis Reed (named after the River Isis) to add interest and texture whilst complimenting the beauty of the oak herringbone floor and the architectural simplicity of the wrought iron balustrades. Isis Reed is a standard 70cm wide but it was rescaled and rebalanced for this wider than average staircase.

Denby Border Smoke

Rosie Winston of thriving Primrose Hill based Clifton Interiors chose Denby Border Smoke to complement the traditional black and white tile floor and the Sahco Hesslein fabric.

Keeping with the sophisticated dark neutral theme, Malton Black has also been used in an Arts and Crafts House in North London. Photography by Graham Gaunt

Newbury Airforce

Leading interior design company Turner Pocock was established in 2007 by Bunny Turner and Emma Pocock. Over the years they have used have used Roger Oates flooring in a number of their interiors

The blue in Newbury Airforce was brightened to give the runner a ‘New England’ feel on this all white staircase.

George Black

George Black, a chic black and white runner with a neutral herringbone border, is given a contemporary look with this glass balustrade but also works well in traditional settings.

Shetland Sudbury Light Grey

Sudbury Light Grey is from an eco range of classic flatweaves using real Shetland Wool, and woven in natural un-dyed shades ranging from cream to black.

It is used on the stairs as a runner and as a wall to wall seamed carpet on the landing area which usefully doubles up as an office space.

Ashby Raspberry

Margaret Sheridan Interior Design is an interior decorating business based in Norfolk and owned by Libby and Tim Dent. Their projects are however not solely restricted to Norfolk. Libby choose Ashby Raspberry for an imposing winding staircase in this stylish Wimbledon house. Photography by Christopher Cornwell

Chartres Jute

Libby has also completed other projects using Chartres Jute and Hanover Vanilla.

Hanover Oatmeal

Maurizio Pellizzoni, founder of Interior Design by Maurizio Pellizzoni recreated the Hamptons in the Surrey Hills with this upscale American look.
