Introductions tells the story of flatweave and celebrates the part it has played in historic interiors. Using patterns and colours shaped through time, we present an informed and enduring collection to adorn a modern home.

A contemporary runner made using 100% wool Roger Oates flatweave in Chelsea Ember. A re-emergence of historical design ‘Tribal’ originally released in 1997, Chelsea sees a deep navy blue lifted by glowing ochre and rust. A design rich in pattern and contrast, where alternating herringbone and rib sections are edged with a well-proportioned rib border. Our flatweave runners are hand sewn by a skilled team in our Herefordshire workshop.
