A refined and sophisticated stripe rug in cut and loop pile. Using understated colours, the stripes in each block are combined in differing proportions to create shading effects.
In a return to line and structure, this collection studies the construction of textiles through repeated motifs and intersecting stripes. Working within the tufted medium, but under the constraints of a woven structure, we analyse the linear, geometric patterns that are indicative of cloth production.
