A contemporary rug made using 100% wool Roger Oates flatweave in Venice Alba. The namesake of the collection, Venice is a playful expression of the Venetian tones which inspired our original flatweave collection over 35 years ago. Contrasting waves of colour collide from edge to edge, creating delicate and mesmerising stripes as they thread through each other. The captivating colour and large repeat makes Venice ideal for rugs and wall to wall areas. In Alba, Italian for ‘Sunrise’, colour gradients of yellow and blue blend in a dynamic and unexpected way. Our flatweave rugs are hand sewn by a skilled team in our Herefordshire workshop.
