Tapis d'Avignon

Tapis d'Avignon rugs are made from heavily felted wool that feels as soft and indulgent as it looks.  Our Tapis d'Avignon are made from individual geometric shapes joined with a decorative stitch that can tone or contrast with the main colours.

All of our Tapis d'Avignon rugs are made to order. 

If you are looking for a bespoke design we can work with you to create a rug using any combination of squares and stripes.  The individual pieces can be cut to any size and made up into a rug to suit the dimensions of the room. 

Alternatively chose one of our suggestions below for the basis of your design and select your own shades from the Roger Oates colour palette.

Every Tapis d'Avignon rug is cut and sewn by hand in our Herefordshire workshop.
