As long as your chosen item is in stock we will aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, please note that during peak periods this may be exceeded. We will normally use a courier service to deliver your items.

Our courier will normally require a signature when they deliver but they will contact you before by either text message or email with details of how you can manage your delivery, allowing you to alter delivery times or changing to local collection. For smaller deliveries we may use Royal Mail.
If you are not in when the couriers try to deliver they will leave a card. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your parcel.
If Royal Mail deliver and you are out, parcels are sometimes left with a neighbour or can be returned back to the sorting office. If this is the case they will leave a card telling you this. You can collect from your local sorting office or contact them to arrange a redelivery.
PLEASE NOTE: If a parcel is returned to us due to non collection you will be charged for redelivery.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT ship to PO boxes.
If you live outside the UK and would like to make a purchase we will be more than happy to help. Delivery time and charges will vary depending on where you would like the parcel delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Our goods are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please check these requirements before placing an order.
You may return your purchase of goods within 14 days of the date you receive the goods. All returned goods must be in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
Please use the returns form and label included with your parcel. A full refund, LESS any carriage costs for the item/s will be issued once it has been received back by us. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your account. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company while waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item at their own cost and obtain suitable insurance for the goods contained.
Faulty items can be either be replaced or returned for a full refund including carriage costs. If you have a faulty item please contact us on 01531 632718 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange collection. Please make sure you notify us of any faults within 14 days of delivery.
